Prayer constant and continual

"Just because I say the words Amen, doesn't mean this conversation needs to end" (Steven Curtis chapman) Prayer is one of the ways we acknowledge the presents of our God who has said he will never leave us or forsake us. Are we Christians blinded by the traditions of how the "church" prays? I'm not saying that the traditions of the church are bad, unless those traditions of corse trump the point, (God) and the tradition of corporate prayer is vital, we should continue to pray together as a church always. I guess my point is that, I grew up understanding that, we pray in church, and I should pray before I eat and before I go to bed or before I read His scripture. The paster prays before he preaches, and before we go after. All of these are really good, it's just that it would be easy for me, or for anyone, to just leave it at that, I fear that many of us Christians do just that. So than prayer is left with being merely a ritualistic act and only j
